Due to the personal nature of fragrance and to ensure the safety and purity of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been opened or used.
Fragrance is a highly individual experience, and once a product has left our care, it cannot be resold or reused for hygiene reasons. We hope you understand this policy is in place to protect our customers and preserve the integrity of every bottle.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kleos.perfumes@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
